What I particularly like about this video is the age of the participants. It’s really nice to see younger people doing this sort of activity. The “smiley” made really popular through the Internet and Mobile phones is a symbol which we now encounter almost daily. Perhaps I’m looking into this too much, but presenting it in a consumer environment to mostly elderly shoppers really captures the difference between this generation and the others.
